Processing Activities
As the data controller under the GDPR, we carry out the following processing activities.
Website Visits

When you visit our website, we use cookies to ensure that the website functions properly.

Communication with Potential Customers

If you have questions about our website or would like to learn more about our services, you may contact us via:

  • Contact form
  • Email
  • Phone

In this connection, we process your personal data so that we can engage in dialogue with you and respond to inquiries regarding our services. We only process the information you provide in connection with our communication.

Typically, we process the following general personal data: name, email address, and telephone number. The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We delete our communication with you once it becomes clear whether or not you wish to use our services.

Should there be a specific need to retain your personal data for a longer period, this may apply.

Customers

We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that services are delivered correctly. In this connection, we may process information such as name, address, services provided, special agreements, payment information, and similar data.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding matters have been completed, we will delete the personal data without undue delay.

Newsletter

We offer a newsletter that you can voluntarily subscribe to — and you may unsubscribe at any time. The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribed recipients emails containing new information from the company, including updates about website content and announcements of our services.

We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent to do so. Initially, this requires you to provide your email address, to which we will then send a confirmation email so you can verify your subscription. In this way, we ensure that you have personally subscribed to the newsletter and provided active consent.

The legal basis for processing your personal data (i.e. your email address) in connection with the newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

We will process your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending it to you. If we have not sent you a newsletter for one year, your consent will expire due to inactivity.

When documenting newsletter consent, we store the consent for two years after it was last used, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Ombudsman’s spam guidelines section 11.3.

Bookkeeping

We are required to store accounting records in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This means that we retain invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. Such records may contain general personal data such as name, address, and service descriptions.

The legal basis for processing personal data for bookkeeping purposes is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
We retain this information for a minimum of five years after the end of the current financial year.

Job Applications

We gladly accept job applications in order to assess whether they match employment needs within our company.
If you send your job application to us, then our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

If you have sent an unsolicited application, HR will immediately assess whether your application is relevant, and subsequently delete your information again if there is no match.

If you have sent an application for a posted job, then we will discard your application in the event that you are not employed, and immediately after the right candidate has been found for the job.

If you enter into a recruitment process and/or are employed for the job, then we will provide you with separate information about how we process your personal data in this connection.
